Delivery

Delivery Contribution: The delivery fee is €7.50 for orders up to 2 Kg.

Orders placed are normally delivered within 7 days of the order.

Shipments are guaranteed in Italy and Europe.

The main goal is to ensure that the order arrives at its destination as quickly as possible. However, customers and/or recipients assume responsibility at the time of purchase for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct). We cannot assume any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport expenses and/or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or their replacement. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Refunds are possible by the courier if insured shipping is used. The costs for the initial shipment and the import duty are non-refundable. The same goes for the costs incurred for the return and insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed. As already stated in the "Terms & Conditions," the responsibility lies with the customer/recipient once the order is shipped.
